By becoming a Trader with Funding Stax, you agree to abide by our proprietary trading agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Funding Stax and the Trader. This agreement is accessible on our website.

Funding Stax provides Traders with a trading account upon successful application. Traders are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.

Trading financial instruments involves a high level of risk. Traders acknowledge and understand that past performance is not indicative of future results. Funding Stax does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, and Traders may lose their entire capital.

Funding Stax operates on a no-refund policy. Once funds are deposited into a Trader’s account, they cannot be refunded. Traders are encouraged to thoroughly review their trading decisions and risk tolerance before engaging in proprietary trading with Funding Stax.

Traders agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and financial industry standards while participating in Funding Stax proprietary trading program.

Funding Stax reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of Traders to regularly review the terms and conditions for any changes.

Funding Stax may terminate a Trader’s account at its discretion, with or without cause. Termination may result from violation of these terms, non-compliance with trading rules, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Funding Stax.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
